Marie-Louise Potratz has been supporting the Science and Democracy Foundation as a communications officer since August 2025.

She previously worked as a trainee in the communications department at the University of Lübeck and was involved in the Federal Association of University Communication. She studied Cultural Studies at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg with a minor in Educational Sciences. She completed her Master's degree in Modern German Literature at the Georg August University of Göttingen.
