Award ceremony "The Political Science Book" to Prof Dr Lukas Haffert on the occasion of the DGfP annual conference.
Already a tradition, the On 20 June, at the DGfP annual conference, the joint prize "The Political Science Book" for 2024 was awarded to Prof. Dr Lukas Haffert for his book "Stadt, Land, Frust - Eine politische Vermessung." (C. H. Beck, 2022) was awarded. The German Society for Political Science (DGfP) and SW&D have awarded this book prize, which is endowed with 2,000 euros, for the third time.
The DGfP annual conference under the Topic "Polarisation. The division of societies" provided the perfect setting for the award ceremony. From 20 to 21 June, the DGfP hosted a conference in Freiburg to look at and discuss this topic from various political science perspectives.
