Kai Voige has been a member of the Executive Board since 1 June 2026. After studying law in Hamburg, he soon began specialising in legal and tax consultancy as well as auditing.

For almost 30 years, he held senior positions at law firms, tax consultancy firms and audit firms, as well as at companies in Hamburg, Koblenz and Schwerin. During his career, he increasingly focused on advising companies and public sector organisations, as well as the non-profit sector.

Kai Voige has many years of extensive experience in advising foundations in northern Germany, particularly in the fields of culture, education, science and politics. He has worked with organisations such as the Ehrenamtsstiftung MV, the Hamburg Museum Foundation and the Academy of Sciences in Hamburg.

Drawing on his expertise as a solicitor, tax adviser and chartered accountant, he brings a wealth of knowledge on legal, tax and business matters to his role on the board.
